Good Hustle Hospitality Group is recruiting for a Sales Manager based out of our Brunswick office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Prospecting for and capturing new function/event business
- Achieving sales targets with Operations and Catering supervisors
- Analysing existing function business and paying sales calls on existing key clients to ascertain their satisfaction and future use
- Negotiating function & event pricing and other details with clients;
- The timely production and distribution of written event orders to function and event staff for all functions and events;
- Developing written and electronic point-of-sale material for bulk food and beverage sales;
- Providing tours of the function and event facilities for any prospective clients
- Following up on all function and event enquiries and soliciting customer feedback

This role is best suited to someone who:

- Is highly organised, loves to work in a team & trains for succession
- Has solid work history and previous experience in a sales department or similar operation
- Can meet health and safety requirements to perform key tasks
- Is keen to be part of a dynamic workplace in a demanding yet rewarding role
- Wants to make the role their own
