Join us as an **Assistant Operations Manager** where you will assist in the management of the operations team in the performance of a variety of freight logistic tasks for the safe and efficient operation of the Brisbane Multimodal Terminal (BMT).

**Collaborative, skilled and willing — Here’s who we’re looking for**:

- You have an operations leadership background within shipping, yard, rail, port or logistics.
- You can juggle and effectively prioritise multiple tasks with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- You have a health and safety mindset, a natural leader with great communication skills.
- You have an understanding of risk and compliance and the ability to comply with the appropriate governance regarding all port operations systems and standards.
- You are flexible and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, across multiple projects and with changing priorities.
- You’re comfortable working a rotating roster (Monday to Friday with an alternating Saturday roster)
