**About the opportunity**:

- Supporting all modules of the Compass Student Information System
- Conducting webinars, information and training sessions for SME-based knowledge for schools, key high-level processes, rollover and semester reports
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure policy and processes are mapped to system requirements
- Relationship management with key stakeholders including regular travel to schools across the diocese to provide further support as required
- Engaging in ticketing requirements with vendors and internal users
- Reviewing system updates to ensure effectiveness
- Participating in SME meetings with external stakeholders to ensure successful updates, reviews, and communications are carried out
- Maintaining KBA articles or verifying trainers’ work to ensure accuracy
- Producing system workflows and process mapping
- Provide support with other systems as required, in particular with integration projects
- Identify, analyse and review security in conjunction with policies and procedures

**About you**:
To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment with our purpose and values along with:

- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area and/or appropriate demonstrated experience
- Skilled in quickly building rapport, communicating and engaging with stakeholders along with a ‘can do’ attitude to drive outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to travel to schools across our diocese and provide own transportation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
