**The Opportunity**:
We're on the lookout for Creative Operations Coordinator to join our creative team at our head office in Rydalmere as well as our venue partners. Reporting to the Creative Director, this hands on role will see you supporting the S&D crew through the warehousing, processing requirements and inventory management for installations and pack downs. If you're passionate about events and looking for career progression in the Audio Visual and Events industry, then we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist our event designers with upcoming creative shows and the logistics and preproduction for these events
- Participate in regular stock control
- Develop an understanding of the equipment and theming requirements associated with
events
- Maintain effective communication with operations, theming, hotels and interstate offices

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive thinker
- A team player
