**Property Manager - Brighton, VIC**

Work for a renowned agency with a close-knit team in a prestigious Brighton office, with mentoring, full guidance and admin support (No leasing, accounting etc.) NO micro-management, NO after-work contact (we understand you have a life outside of work)

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays (only a few hours)

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Lease renewals
- Manage your own portfolio of residential, higher-end properties
- Use of the latest systems and cloud-based software
- Manage some administration and maintenance, with support

**WHAT'S ON OFFER**:

- 1st year salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + Super + Bonuses

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high-end portfolio)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
