**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Corporate Strategy and Reporting Coordinator.

**The position will require the successful applicant to**:

- Coordinate Council's corporate planning and reporting program, including the development and review of - Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) documents (e.g., Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, and Operational Plan)- Develop and implement an approach to monitor corporate performance and progress against IP&R plans.
- Prepare and provide reports on corporate progress (regular Progress Reports, Annual Reports, State of Our City Reports) for key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives (including service reviews) that drive organisational development and change in corporate planning and reporting.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Extensive professional experience in corporate strategy and planning, corporate reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of the integrated planning and reporting framework and requirements of the NSW State Government.
- Proven ability to effectively manage, supervise and lead teams, projects, and processes
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills including presentation and business writing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to address recurring problems and/or position the organisation to respond positively to emerging issues and trends in corporate planning and strategy.
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- COVID-19 Vaccination or medical contraindication upon commencement.
