What’s on offer?
We're looking for a full-time Submissions Coordinator to join our tendering team, based in either Thornton, Campbelltown or Dapto NSW. This is a fast-paced and diverse role that will have you working closely with the Business Development Manager to coordinate and respond to ROIs/EOIs/RFTs, for our Eastern Region (NSW) Infrastructure Services business.
This is an excellent time to join our team as we are actively pursuing a diverse range of opportunities.
Utilising your previous experience working in and around tenders/bids, you will successfully coordinate submission responses in a timely manner. You will develop Microsoft Word templates and set up tender response documentation, including:
- Taking ownership of and managing the end to end tender process including identifying opportunities, preparing responses, submitting proposals and post tender debriefs.
- Maintaining the tender database
- Liaising with Divisional Managers, Estimators and Submission Coordinators to deliver high quality, project specific responses for relevant departments
- Producing and updating project sheets and curriculum vitae documentation
- Formatting of documents to a high standard in both Word and design packages.
- Creating graphics that are consistent with our branding requirements
- Maintaining an organised folder system.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement & streamlining of processes and procedures.
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced level knowledge of Office 365, Adobe suite (including design packages), along with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, will set you up for success.
This is an opportunity for a confident communicator who can articulate themselves clearly, coupled with the ability to proofread and correct grammatical mistakes, to provide a real contribution to the business outcomes.
