**WORK COVER ADMINISTRATION TEMP ROLE**
Are you looking for some extra Christmas spending money?
If so this could be the short term temp role for you An established national retail company is looking for a Workcver claims administrator for the next 4 to 6 weeks.
This role will see you manage the end-to-end process of WorkCover claims administration, including registration of new claims, Incident reporting; collation of relevant documents to support new claims; chasing certificates, forwarding new claims to the WorkCover Agent within relevant timeframes and issuing letters and notifying injured workers of the status of the claim.

**Location** - Hawthorn Head Office (Retail client)
**Hours** - 8.30am - 5.00pm
**Work arrangement** - Full-time Monday to Friday

- Review and register Certificates of Capacity. Notify injured workers and/or practitioners when a Certificate of Capacity is invalid.
- Review, reconcile and notify the payroll team to process weekly compensation payments and other associated WorkCover entitlements in line with the company's pay cycle.
- Manage the WorkCover administration
- Provision of input into the development, evaluation and implementation of the injury & Claims Management policy.
- Regular engagement with injured employees, line managers and workers' compensation service provision to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational requirements.
