Specifically, we’re looking for healthcare professionals that hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Someone with demonstrated recent experience providing clinical care to young people with significant mental health and/or drug and alcohol concerns, including the provision of solution focused approaches. The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with Network delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems, and in line with both the NSW Health and Network Codes of Conduct.

- Must hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated recent experience providing clinical care to young people with significant mental health and/or drug and alcohol concerns, including the provision of solution focused approaches.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adolescent development issues affecting adolescent health.
- Demonstrated experience of collaborating with Government, Non Government departments and/or community services with an extensive knowledge of local resources and services for information and referral of young people and families.
- Demonstrated ability to function successfully as a member of a multidisciplinary team with an ability to organise and prioritise workload autonomously.
- Clear effective communication that supports and promotes service integrity demonstrated through written and verbal communication skills that are positive and culturally sensitive.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating computer and data collection systems.
- Current unrestricted NSW Drivers License and valid current Working with Children Check Certificate (please provide registration number).
