Take on a new challenge within our Fraud Prevention Team (FPT) who are passionate about reviewing, analysing and verifying transactions with a key focus on fraud prevention and detection. As a member of our Fraud Prevention Team you will be responsible for protecting client funds across our Banking and Financial Services products and providing a seamless client experience during afterhours and over weekends.

Working within a specialised team, as our Fraud Analyst you will provide fraud risk services for Banking and Financial Services products to ensure assessments and decisions are being made in accordance with appropriate policies and within approved risk parameters, analysing transaction data and fraud metrics to determine trends and indicators which may assist in detecting and preventing online and card fraud.

As a member of the Fraud Prevention Team, you will be passionate about protecting client funds and the client experience. You will be naturally inquisitive and have highly developed problem solving and decision-making skills along with the ability to work towards tight deadlines.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a range of skills, to make a difference in creating positive customer experience and to protect customers from fraud risk. We understand you have other life commitments and would like to work with you on what is best suited. This role is open for full time or part time arrangement with the following shifts. You will be based at home during your work hours (with the expectation to be in the office for initial trainings and moments that matter).

Weekday shifts options:

- 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Weekend shifts options:

- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 12:00AM
- 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
