What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Epping office for a positive, energetic and highly motivated Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team. This role will have you supporting the Motor Vehicle Accidents team. The role is a full time opportunity however we are open to discussions regarding flexible work arrangements.

This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:

- File administration
- Diary management
- Generating and preparing correspondence
- Compiling court document.

What will you bring?
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
- Experience in professional services or previous front of house reception experience preferred but not essential
