An exciting Business Administration traineeship opportunity through HVTC Group & Host Employer, Service NSW.
**About this opportunity**
You will complete a Certificate III in Business over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with your Host Employer, Service NSW.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide and deliver services in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, consistent with Service NSW vision, mission and values
- Collect and compile information, prepare documentation to support information flow and inform decision making
- Respond to enquiries and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information
- Make effective use of records, information and knowledge management functions and systems
- Update and maintain records and databases whilst complying with administrative system and process
**The successful applicant**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities and knowledge:
- Commitment to both on and off the job training
- Ability to provide high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to full term of the traineeship and study requirements
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of technology (computers/telephones/software packages)
- Strong time management with ability to prioritise duties and multitask
- Confidence to handle challenging situations and resolve enquires in a calm and focused manner
- Flexible and adaptable during times of change to contribute to the team's strategic goals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
**Mandatory Requirements**
- Be willing to undertake a Criminal Record Check through Service NSW
