**About our opportunity**

In addition, you will
- Routinely provision new IT services and equipment to users and manage faulty and obsolete end-user equipment
- monitor and process incoming service desk requests
- perform on-site support to user by installing computers, hardware and software
- participate in mandatory on-call roster, after-hours remote and on-site assistance, and sliding start and finish times

**About you**

We are seeking someone with considerable technical knowledge with problem solving ability, previous experience in a similar role and understating of processes and systems will be an advantage along with high level customer service skills essential.

You will be a highly adaptable Service Desk Officer who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, organised professional that has exceptional time management skills, able to manage conflicting priorities, and can quickly and efficiently investigate, diagnose, and provide resolution for our end users.

We need a team member who can quickly establish good working relationships, work within a positive team environment, and can confidently engage effectively with all levels of the business and with external stakeholders.
