Adminovate Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and thorough Office Manager to ensure our operations run smoothly and improve as our company grows.


You will be instrumental in the faultless running of the organization and will help us keep our people happy and productive.


All the HR and administrative functions will be under your authority, and you will make sure your teams deliver perfect service to the company and its staff.


We are looking for a hands-on leader and an exemplary manager who has a love of administration, multi-tasking and people management.

You will oversee a team of business support specialists and ensure they deliver outstanding results to the companies we work with.


Office Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Planning HR and administration activities annually
  • Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the office
  • Supporting the teams in meeting their targets and client expectations.

Required Skill Set

  • Two to five years' experience in human resources or team management
  • Expert business and organizational planning ability
  • Vast experience in leadership roles
  • Successful experience in employee relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strategic thinking ability
  • Proven ability to multitask
An Office Manager plans all HR functions and runs the whole HR department in an organization. Their main objective is to ensure all the organization's administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time.

An Office Manager's role encompasses select aspects of HR, including recruitment and training. It includes administrative areas such as office management and assisting in policy development. It includes supporting the teams and assisting with overflow client work as and where needed. It includes supporting the team leaders and monitoring potential interpersonal conflicts.


A successful Office Manager will be experienced in HR and Administration disciplines and is an excellent generalist manager and leader.

This role will liaise with senior management to understand the organisation's needs and build strategic plans to address them from team planning, HR and administrative perspectives.
