We’re on the hunt for the HAPPIEST person in Sydney to fill a Contract role of **Bookings Manager** at our newborn and family photography studio - Kristy’s Studio.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re on the hunt for the HAPPIEST person in Sydney to fill the Contract role of **Bookings Manager** at our newborn and family photography studio - Kristy’s Studio.

You own the overall client experience from the initial enquiry, booking them in, to coordinating the shoot and ensuring all runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for the after sales experience.

You will be a coordination superstar who thinks quickly on your feet and can pivot at a moment's notice. Some people can juggle a ball or two, YOU HOWEVER, juggle 10 balls on a unicycle while playing the drums. AND you make it look easy.

You love working collaboratively in a team but also love the autonomy of working on your own. You know how to organise yourself, anticipate needs and proactively complete tasks without supervision or direction.

**Most importantly though, we are looking for a phone call SUPERSTAR This role will require you to LOVE speaking on the phone, build relationships with potential clients, sell them on the Kristy’s Studio experience and book their sessions in. If phone calls scare you, THIS IS NOT the role for you.**

This is a Contract role with flexible working hours. You’ll be a valued member of our team and best of all - we’ll pay you

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated administration, customer service and sales experience in a busy driven environment. Previous telephone sales experience a must.
- A contagious energy and bubbly personality that people are naturally drawn to
- A passion for connecting and building rapport with people from various walks of life
- The ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve consistent results
- The ability to manage rejection within a sales / booking environment
- The ability to work autonomously and independently
- A passion and appreciation for photography and the importance of the role it plays in connecting people, families as well as preserving history for generations to come

You will need to demonstrate the perfect mix of confidence, humility, diligence and attention to detail. You will also have great communication and interpersonal skills as well as being able to coordinate the studio like a BOSS with great organisational and planning skills.

Sales experience essential.

The studio is located at Wentworth Falls and most work will take place in the studio. Eventually work from home will also be an option. So you must be prepared to travel.

You will be responsible for calling all Leads and converting them to bookings. This is the primary responsibility of your role.

You will be at the heart of our business and prove invaluable in helping support the day-to-day running of the business with administrative work.

You will be responsible for facilitating the Client Booking Workflow ensuring all clients are informed and educated with regard to the experience - particularly with regards to “Pricing”.

Managing diaries, appointment setting, booking calls and qualifying clients.

Running a seamless experience for clients through effective administrative procedures and workflows.

Data administration including processing, updating client and account details.

Any other administration duties that may arise, as directed.

**CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS**

Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.

Resilience with regards to “rejection” and hearing the word “no” on booking calls.

Ability to identify “objections” when talking to clients and handling them effectively.

Ability to identify the different between a good client and one that may not be the right fit.

Laptop computer and mobile phone.

You must be a great organiser who can be flexible and adapt with the role

Impeccable attention to detail & ability to work independently.

Confident, super friendly - you will demonstrate a keen interest in getting to know our clients.

You must be coachable and open to feedback with a willingness to learn.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A calm and professional manner.

Excellent administration and computer skills.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

The ability to use your own initiative.

Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.

Ability to remain composed in a stressful situation.

Reliable and self motivated.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 48 months

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
