**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing solutions to fill their labour hire requirements
- Managing compliance requirements, including background checks and work rights checks
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a focus on labour hire will be held in high regard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using recruitment software and platforms
**Bonus Structure**: In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a bonus structure based on performance. The bonus will be based on the number of successful placements made, as well as client retention and satisfaction rates.
