**Your next opportunity**:
We are actively recruiting an experienced Logistics Manager to join our NSW/ACT Quarry division. Overseeing our NSW/ACT logistics and customer order taking operations, you will be responsible for designing and executing our logistics strategy whilst actively maintaining our safe, reliable and efficient supply to our customers.

**Your day will involve**:

- Effective management and coordination of NSW/ACT owned and subcontracted tipper fleet
- Ensuring sufficient transport capacity is sourced and allocated/consigned to meet customer demands
- Providing leadership and support to the region on all Safety matters and CoR compliance
- Ensuring efficient transport operations meeting budget expectations
- Fleet Management (Capital) and Workshop / Maintenance of capital assets
- Cost management
- Contract negotiations and management
- Leadership of the quarry customer sales order team
- Value Improvement Project and EBIT producing project management
- Maintaining valuable relationships with internal and external customers, and subcontractors.

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong supervisory or management experience within the Transport/ Logistics industry
- Proven business acumen with a successful track record in cost management and business improvement
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate a variety of internal and external customers, with a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and metrics
- Thorough understanding of HVNL and CoR
- Strong exposure to risk & safety management
