This is an exciting opportunity to join UNSW Business School Based in Kensington NSW, the UNSW Business School combines the latest thinking and best practices within an outcome-focused problem-solving environment.

The Program Officer will report to the Career Programs Manager and play a key role within the Career Accelerator and Student Engagement team in providing practical and efficient project and program support for project teams and key stakeholders. The role entails providing coordination and support, reporting and analytics, development of communications, development of key internal and external relationships, and providing administrative support for key programs and projects across the Business School and AGSM.

**Accountabilities**:

- Support the delivery of Career Accelerator’s Business School & AGSM work integrated learning (WIL) courses, projects and initiatives to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Act as a point of coordination and administrative support to the creation, curation, management and delivery of high-quality WIL courses and co-curricular experiences.
- Provide advice and operational support for the growth of WIL across the Business School and AGSM.
- Liaise with Faculty Academic staff to ensure the timely coordination and delivery of WIL courses.
- Ensure relevant WIL and career development learning (CDL) systems are compliant and data is accurately maintained through regular compilation and entry.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure staff and students are informed and knowledgeable about opportunities for Business School and AGSM students, continually developing and managing effective communications.
- Support the development of project plans and schedules and participate in planning processes as required.
- Support, facilitate and represent the Business School and AGSM at events as required.
- Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans for assigned projects.
- Assess and monitor project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Participate in other ad hoc projects as required, under the direction of the Program Manager.
- Support adherence to UNSW governance pathways to ensure projects are managed within a defined, consistent and proven set of rules for project development.

**Skills and Experience**:
To be considered you will hold Australian Working Rights or Australian Citizenship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Project experience, with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans, objectives and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
- Sound stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
