Melbourne Touring Company is seeking a casual tour guide who is friendly and enthusiastic about Victoria’s beautiful attractions and committed to ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

**About the role**
This is an opportunity to wake up in the morning and look forward to meeting International guests and showcase Victoria’s best tourist destinations. Be part of a growing team.

As a Tour Guide, you will:

- conduct bus tours to some of Victoria’s leading tourist destinations;
- be an excellent host and inform our guests on the tourist destinations you visit; and
- perform driving duties in accordance with government regulations, and follow Vic Roads regulations at all-times.

**About You**
Are you passionate about sharing your knowledge of Victoria’s amazing heritage, places, people and animals while providing guests with the very best travel experiences?

To be considered for this role you will:

- have bus driver’s accreditation;
- have a current driver’s licence (light rigid or higher preferred, but not essential);
- have experience as a tour guide (preferred - however, training can be provided);
- be an excellent communicator and have exceptional customer service skills;
- be outgoing, friendly and flexible;
- be well-presented; and
- have access to a computer and have basic computer skills.

- have the opportunity to work in a professional business in modern and comfortable buses while travelling to some of Victoria’s best tourist destinations;
- receive training so you can provide guests with information about the destinations you visit, including Aboriginal culture and history, the care of our wildlife and our environment; and
- be paid excellent casual rates, plus penalty rates if working on Saturday or Sunday.

Buses leave from a depot located in Box Hill.
