**Description**:
**Some of your key responsibilities will be**:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Maintaining calendars, meeting requests, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Event Management and co-ordination
- Organise travel arrangements & expense reconciliation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collating of regular reporting requirements with the Executive Leadership Team.

What you can offer
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working for a Senior Executive/CEO level in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to successfully interact with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer literacy including demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, Advanced PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
