We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner, who under the direction and guidance of the General Manager will be responsible for all HR Operations in the hotel aligned to Global and Australasia people strategies and the hotel’s strategic business plan and end to end people administration.
**What’s the job?**
As our Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the General Manager and Operational leaders providing HR services that enable the delivery of business results to meet targets. You will drive organizational capability, systems and processes with the hotel to embed a high-performance culture and champion quality, process excellence and continuous improvement.
You will successfully form strategic external alliances and partners to support the Hotel’s position and actively promote the Hote and Brand through community and professional involvement.
**Your day to day**
**Day to day this role will be across all partis of the employee lifecycle, including providing advice, guidance and administrative task in recruitment, employee relations, award interpretation, talent management performance management, recognition, engagement, WHS, workers compensation and caching and training.**

Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the hospitality or a service industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, local employment laws, and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others at all levels of the business.
Ability to move effortlessly between strategy and administration.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines with accuracy in aspects of work.
A team player who can demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise your own workload as well as jump in and help your colleagues as needed.
Experience in using Knowledge of HR systems such as Preceda, Merling, UK Dimensions is an advantage.
