**Team & Opportunity**

To provide timely and accurate reconciliation on portfolio's and sign off to stakeholders. To ensure portfolio holdings, market values, and liquidity and overdraft positions are accurate, resolving any exceptions in an efficient manner, and reporting positions to Investments on a daily basis.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensures portfolio holdings, liquidity positions and market values are accurate. Investigates and resolves exceptions.
- Ensures potential and actual overdraft positions are rectified immediately and escalated to management.
- Ensures adherence to the risk and control framework established in the team.
- Investigates, processes and resolves issues for relevant cash and securities.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in a business discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum two years of business related experience.
- Proven ability to analyze independently.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, ambiguous environment working with multiple and diverse responsibilities.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external clients, including solid verbal communication skills to interact with portfolio managers, traders and internal clients.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Strong PC skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
