**About the Role**

Our clinic is currently recruiting for a General Services Officer to working across our Environment and Catering Services.

This role will involve:
The ability to work between our hospitality and domestic departments in roles such as Catering Assistant, Cold Ladder and Environmental Services Assistant.
- Maintaining food hygiene, a clean working area and safety practices
- Deliver Food & beverages to the hospital patients and doctors
- Experience with cleaning machinery including floor scrubbers highly desirable
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in line with infection control guidelines
- Ensure all equipment utilised on shift is cleaned, restocked, and stored appropriately
- Ensure workplace health and safety practices are always maintained and adhered to at all times
- Have experience preparing sandwiches and salads.
- Have experience in domestic cleaning, discharge, daily and terminal cleaning.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a catering or housekeeping role desirable, but not essential.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
- Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)
- Availability across a weekday roster, including morning and afternoon shifts

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
- Must have a Food Handler’s Certificate.
