Our client, a leading international aesthetics company is looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join their medical and regulatory team. The role is an integral position that assists with the implementation of business processes, monitoring, analysis and reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Manager, you will be maintaining appropriate systems as part of the quality and business improvement programs and supporting the assessment of business compliance risks.

Your other responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to:

- Implementing and maintaining QMS and procedures
- Supporting / leading audits, investigations and developing appropriate CAPAs
- Providing assistance to different business units on quality related issues
- Managing the process of product complaints

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

- A scientific or pharmacy degree
- 4 to 5 years of quality experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong experience in managing QMS, CAPA, audits and compliance issues
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of internal and external stakeholder interaction skills
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine Australia Code of Conduct will be highly regarded
