**The Opportunity**

The Visual Merchandiser | Accessories plays an essential role within the VM team, with the primary focus being to lead, develop, innovate, and ensure effective implementation of DECJUBA’s Visual Merchandising strategy. The role will drive sales, deliver amazing in store customer experiences, enhance the brand, and support DECJUBA’s marketing & product strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive and lead the accessories visual merchandising in DECJUBA stores with the aim to deliver amazing customer experiences
- Ensure the VM Accessories strategy aligns with the monthly marketing and seasonal plan
- Ensure strategic and commercially responsive VM Accessory directives are effectively created, communicated and implemented consistently across all DECJUBA stores.
- In conjunction with Global VM Manager, analyse weekly product performance and adjust strategic actions as required

**About You**
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in same or similar leadership roles - preferably in fashion
- Ability to flex between strategy and execution is key, with proven experience in turning thought into action
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Internal teams
- Able to successfully navigate a fast-paced agile environment
