**The Opportunity**

There may also be opportunity to support the teaching the undergraduate and masters level taxation units that are situated within the Bachelor of Business and Master of Professional Accounting degree suites.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Make a strong and sustained contribution to the University in achieving its strategic objectives and fulfilling its operational responsibilities.
- Provide support and guidance to students in the context of the UTAS Tax Clinic and supervise the provision of taxation advice administered to clients.
- Under direction, ensure the completion of tasks to support AACSB accreditation, including any responsibilities in the area of Learning and Teaching as required.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of productive and effective links in the field of taxation inside the University and locally, nationally and internationally within the discipline, relevant interdisciplinary domains, profession, industry and/or wider community.

**Your Application**
- Relevant postgraduate business qualification.
- Alignment with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) requirements of a Scholarly/Instructional Practitioner.
- Relevant and current senior professional, taxation and/or consulting experience.
- A passion to help people and an ability to lead and serve with empathy.
- Ability to stimulate, actively engage and educate a given audience.

**Remuneration**

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 6 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $110,273 pro rata comprising base salary within the range of $86,918 to $94,250 pro rata plus 17% superannuation.
