**Receptionist | Full-time | Ferny Grove**

Reporting to the Office Manager, our Receptionists provide key customer service role within the Home, warmly welcoming visitors and effectively responding to customer enquiries. Co-ordinating and contributing to the Homes administrative tasks, you will play a vital role in delivering positive service outcomes for existing and future residents, visitors, employees, and volunteers.

This role is Monday to Friday with occasional need for evening / weekend work. Flexible hours within core business hours of 8am - 6pm.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensures the Regis First Impressions standards are in place and maintained
- Assist residents and visitors with their needs, such as directing them to the appropriate departments or providing helpful information.
- Supports the management of customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and update resident information as needed.
- Support administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and assisting with paperwork including preparation of accurate reports, records and accounts payable processes as directed by the Office Manager

**About you**

As a collaborative member of the team, you will possess:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Demonstrated high level of communication, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to organise and prioritise work plans, complete tasks on a timely basis and meet deadlines with an emphasis on accuracy and presentation
- Ability to work as a member of a team and autonomously and to accurately follow process
- Understands sales processes (desirable)
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and support to the elderly

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a police clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
