**The Role**

In this role you will:

- Engage in scholarly research, actively seeking opportunities to publish in reputable academic journals and conferences.
- Supervise and mentor students, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional integration.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the School and discipline and participate in academic activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Make enhancements to course design.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the world-leading Q Building (Awabakal and Worimi land).

- Demonstrate expertise and specialisation in one or more areas of management, such as strategic management, organisational behaviour, human resource management, or international business.
- Have a strong record of or potential for research productivity, evidenced by publications or research pipeline.
- Show proven experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, with a proven ability to engage and inspire students.
- Be an excellent communicator, with the interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage with industry partners.
- Give commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and professional development.

**How will we support you?**

The remuneration for this position is from $103,221 + 17% superannuation.
