Social Media Content Producer

**The Opportunity**
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of social media content, which meets the strategic outcomes of our fast-moving and innovative business. You will be based in Melbourne and working out of our Culture Kings Melbourne stores. Your role will be to create groundbreaking Reels/TikTok first content that is native to the platform. You will be responsible for capturing and delivering all local in-store appearances, magic moments, product releases, and store screens. Your role will be essential in establishing better workflows for the organic social team and content from stores.
You will be required to adopt a resourcefulness, and edit-to-amplify mindset, to identify new processes and opportunities for Culture Kings to win at content on a global scale. You will report on the effectiveness of your content executions, using these learnings to optimise future performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively drive ideas and opportunities to build the Culture Kings brand through social media initiatives and content
- Must be confident presenting in front of a camera/audience
- Work weekends where needed
- Proficiency with CapCut and other editing software
- Work with the Social Media Coordinator and Social Media team to develop growth strategies and engagement plans to develop brand presence across Social Media
- Create content for all social media channels (paid and organic) at each in-store event
- Capture notable guests, events, and activities in the store each day
- Capture and deliver content for global product releases when needed
- Identify and deliver product/content opportunities in-store and create engaging content to drive an outcome
- Self-report on your content performance across organic social accounts
- Work with organic channel leaders to edit to amplify content to deliver stronger business outcomes
- Create and establish autonomous workflows with Culture Kings Melbourne staff, so they can also create ground-breaking content for organic channels
- Keep up with industry standards, trends, and innovations across social media to constantly evolve and improve ways of working
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proficient in writing and video production to create engaging posts, images, and videos.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and using scheduling tools
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Staying updated with social media trends and quickly adapting to new platforms and tools.
- Innovative thinking to develop unique and captivating content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
