We're looking for a Club Lounge Attendant to join the operations of our Club InterContinental Lounge. Someone who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home.

Accessed exclusively by our Club guests, our lounge provides an intimate and elevated space, and luxury food & beverage offering. The lounge team works closely with our Front Office department to ensure our guests have a memorable stay each and every time.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
- Providing a world class food & beverage service in line with InterContinental standards; from a buffet breakfast to evening drinks and canape service
- Acknowledging our most exclusive guests, IHG One Rewards members InterContinental Ambassadors and returning guests
- Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
- Helping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment
- Minimising waste and keeping your supervisor or duty manager in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents

**What we need from you**:

- The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling
- Great communication - you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
- Possess the ability to work under pressure; thinking quickly on your feet and solving problems promptly
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
- The flexibility to work morning, night, weekends, and public holidays
- Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol - you’ll need to be above the minimum age required, have current South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and Safe Food Handling certification
