**The Role**
The role of an HSEQ Manager with this company is a frontline position in their dedication to HSEQ. The manager will play a crucial role in reducing workplace accidents and fostering safer environments.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining detailed records of HSEQ incidents and overseeing training databases to ensure compliance with safe procedures.
- Advocating for safety by assisting with return-to-work programs, providing first aid support, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
- Leading regular audits, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Providing guidance on HSEQ responsibilities through inductions and consistent training, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
- Coordinating initiatives to support mental health and offering training on critical topics like First Aid and fire safety.
- Managing administrative tasks such as job dictionaries, safety boards, and medical records.

**About You**:
Ideally you hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety and have a background in safety roles, possibly in manufacturing, logistics, or construction. Beyond qualifications, you possess strong communication skills, an ability to bring people together, and a genuine concern for others' well-being. You are driven by a passion to make workplaces safer for everyone and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
