- Responsible for customer sample order fulfillment, management of sample requests from salesforce & IFFMAN, task allocation and sample queue assignment
- Responding to customer/commercial inquiries and communication of sample/order statuses to the commercial team & customers
- Data-mining of customer orders / SFDC, analysis of IFFMAN/SAP master data
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Job Requirements**:
**To be successful in this role**:

- Ability to interpret analysis, deduce key insights & share these with the relevant functional group
- 5 Years of Sales/Customer Service/Data Analysis experience
- Solid problem solving, attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing, product or FMCG industry highly advantageous.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills with a very positive attitude
