We pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests, and we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Morning FOH Supervisor to join our team.

As the Morning FOH Supervisor at Alma Restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during morning shifts. You will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests. Your duties will include:

- Opening duties such as setting up the dining area, preparing tables, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Managing and directing the FOH team during morning shifts, including delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assisting with customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Supervising service operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
- Training and coaching staff on service procedures, menu items, and customer interaction.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between FOH and BOH.
- Handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and closing procedures at the end of the morning shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including service standards, food safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: $50,343.80 - $76,346.13 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
