We are proud to be partnering with Bright Now in recruiting for a rare opportunity to join their growing team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. This is a permanent, full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and evaluate new model/s of care and service delivery models against Bright Now model aiming to refine the current model to meet and/or exceed best practice industry standards.
- Develop, lead, and implement identified projects in relation to model of care, therapeutic practices and Bright Now processes relating to best practice standards of care.
- Regularly review practice frameworks, keeping informed of sector change and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Mentor, advise, coach and support Bright Now employees to improve practice outcomes and ensure compliance with model of care.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, networking and business development activities including support in the tender response writing related to Clinical Service Delivery and Models of Care.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Degree qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science or Mental Health Nursing.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Therapeutic Care setting or working in clinical environment with children and young people OOHC.
- Demonstrated technical writing capabilities including research skills, data collection and analysis and report writing.
- High level of interpersonal skills in engagement of stakeholders and networking.
- Possess a working knowledge of service pathways, networks and initiatives.
- Current registration with the professional body relevant to their qualification.
- Willingness to undertake a National Police Check.
- Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
