**Business Support Administrator**

**Location**: Docklands, Melbourne, Australia, with Hybrid Work Arrangement

**Contract Type**: Initial 6-Month Contract (Starting on Wednesday, 16th November)

**About Us**:
We are Currently looking for a highly motivated Business Support Administrator to join a well known Melbourne Utility organisation. With a focus on providing exceptional customer support and a commitment to excellence, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

**Position Overview**:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, facilitating communication within our organisation, and ensuring our clients and customers receive the best support possible. Your work arrangement allows for both in-office and remote work from Docklands.

**Key Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Utilizing databases and work management software to collect and organise information.
- Directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate teams or individuals within our organisational structure.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to work constructively with clients and customers.
- Proficiency in using databases and work management software.
- Business administration skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
