A large **Canberra based government agency** is seeking a program **Risk, Assumption, Issue, Decision and Dependency (RAIDD) Manager **for a **12 month contract**. Under direction of the Program Manager, the RAIDD Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining accurate project and program RAIDD logs, lessons learnt and program level reporting.

The RAIDD Manager will be part of a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function and required to engage with each project team to ensure all risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependencies are captured, logged and actioned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within a complex government organisation and with external vendors to establish, manage, and maintain a valid and accurate Project and Program RAIDD Log, Lessons Learnt Logs and program level reports.
- Monitor the delivery of the program level RAIDD log and activities against plans and challenge the progress as appropriate.
- Evaluate information received from projects within the program to develop a risk profile.
- Produce weekly status updates and monthly reports and charts on RAIDD Management.
- Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of RAIDD Management processes and records management.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and drive cross team collaboration to support planning and actioning of RAIDD activities.
- Provide RAIDD advice to enable risk and data-based decision making.
- Facilitate RAIDD workshops to assist with the identification and management of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions.

**Required**:

- 3+ years’ experience working as a Program RAIDD Manager on large transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience using project management tools is essential.
- Extensive experience in the development and management of RAIDD logs, risk tools and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
