**YOUR TALENT**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or Business is preferred
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor or a Senior Retail Operations role
- Passionate about coaching and guiding Leaders
- Strong knowledge of the Retail Award and National Employment Standards (NES)
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong administrative skills and a high attention to detail

**YOUR MISSION**:
This HR Generalist role is responsible for partnering with our Retail Operations and Wholesale leaders providing trusted advice across the entire employee life cycle. This opportunity is suited to a seasoned Retail Leader ready to combine their retail operations and people expertise to play an integral role in driving business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with People leaders, coaching and guiding on a broad range of HR matters
- Support People Leaders with career conversations, development plans and other talent management initiatives
- Drive employee engagement through various initiatives and programs
- Coach and guide People Leaders in managing employee relations and industrial relations matters
- Advise on HR policies to ensure compliance
- Supporting the recruitment processes whilst maintaining the culture and values of the business
- Ability to lead, challenge and influence stakeholder’s thinking
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture in line with PUMA’s values
- Contribute to and support process improvement initiatives
- Ability to use HR data to make informed decisions
- Ensure data integrity is maintained within the HRIS system, Workday
