**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle with strategic seafood customers to build customer relationships;
- Grow existing customer base and secure new customers in the seafood category;
- Actively build a strategy plan around the seafood category for the state to grow seafood sales in line with national strategy;
- Support the sales team in product knowledge, ensuring product range is relevant and infield meetings.

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Specialist seafood range knowledge;
- Ability to build strong internal relationships
- Strong team work focus and collaborative approach
- Superior selling and negotiating ability;
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with customers;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously;
- Full drivers licence.
