We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist at KST Spice Corner you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.

**Tasks required include**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns for the grocery store.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to enhance the shopping experience and attract more customers.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate promotional opportunities and build strategic partnerships that benefit both parties
- Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure our marketing efforts are cutting-edge and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or at least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
- At least 3-5 years experience in Marketing
- Proven experience in marketing in the retail or grocery industry.
