We are supporting a leading packaging company in their searching for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead their team. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that all production targets are met on time and to the required standard of quality. This position is a full-time, permanent role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production team to achieve production targets in a timely manner
- Ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment is operating efficiently
- Monitor production schedules to ensure that deadlines are met and orders are shipped on time
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve performance and productivity
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and resolve any production issues
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in corrugating/converting/packaging field
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of LEAN or Kaizen principles and procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
