**Telecommunications Helpdesk Analyst**

An entry level / junior opportunity for someone interested in AI-driven Telecommunications / Voice Networking. Basic Linux experience essential.
- Newly developed, Junior Telecoms hybrid role
- Salary: $55-75k + super, depending on experience
- Perth CBD location + 1 day WFH
- Paid training & certifications provided

**About the role**:
The main responsibilities of this role are to take administrative ownership of our clients global in-country calling voice network, ensure a five nine uptime of their remote nodes, ensure SLA’s are adhered to and all customer support queries are investigated or escalated quickly and efficiently.
- Liaise with support vendors to raise incident tickets
- Respond to customer support requests
- Deploy new remote locations
- Review and improve support procedures
- Provide hands-on deployment solutions
- Assess automation opportunities and business solutions
- There may be some on call, but they are looking to transfer this over to the UK office._

**What you’ll need to be successful in this role**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- Basic Linux skills
- Existing Telecommunications/Voice Networking knowledge, or eagerness to learn, is highly desirable - LTE & Mobile Networks
