**About the role**

The role of the Integration Manager is to manage the coordination effort and engagement with external interfacing parties for the external technical interfaces to ensure delivery of a safe and integrated system.
- Develop and maintain interface contacts required with internal teams, providing guidance and leadership where required.
- Support implementation of Systems Assurance and project technical plans and procedures for rail systems and MEP systems
- Participate and lead in communication of issues related to system interfaces and proactively resolving issues and managing escalation of unresolvable interface issues in timely manner
- Manage all external project interface and integration issues whilst maintaining close liaison with internal teams.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline
- A demonstrable track record of achievement in a similar role, with over 5 years’ experience.
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
