We are looking for School Based Trainee's to join our team. You will be working alongside our front of house staff.

**About Us**

Frigg Café and Catering opened in 2016 as a small “hole in the wall” in Southport, Queensland. Since then Owners Maria and Toula have successfully expanded and our now proud owners of four cafes across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, as well as a very active catering arm. Frigg is a family owned and operated business who have supported over fifty School Based Trainees, gaining the knowledge and skills they need to successfully complete their studies and enter the workforce.

**What Courses we Support;**
- Certificate III in Hospitality.
- Certificate III in Business.

**What experience will you gain from Frigg;**
- Frigg works closely with major RTO’s to support training needs
- You will be trained in all aspects of operating a café from open to close
- You will develop customer service, time management and problem solving skills
- You will be trained in the preparation of hot and cold drinks, as well as food

**Tips for Success**
- Display excellent customer service skills.
- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Have good time management and organisation skills.
- Never be afraid to ask questions.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
