We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the ABB value proposition to our esteemed key accounts, ensuring their engagement with ABB is maximized through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Let’s talk about you
- In-depth understanding of the telco industry, including key market trends such as Security, Cloud or MSP foundational knowledge.
- Proven experience in territory mapping and developing effective pipeline strategies.
- Track record of managing high-value accounts with a monthly billing revenue of $20k or more.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to leverage them for sales management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a leadership mindset.
- Excellent teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting to new situations.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to deliver a compelling value proposition and tell success stories of solving relevant client problems.

- Promote the ABB value proposition to our key accounts, effectively communicating the benefits and advantages of our products and services.
- Identify and capitalize on solutions and cross-selling opportunities, driving client engagement and revenue growth.
- Cultivate and foster relationships with key stakeholders across our key accounts, as well as collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Set and achieve goals, demonstrating self-motivation and a drive to succeed in the role.
- Lead and manage a streamlined sales process, working collaboratively with various teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
