- Pay rate: $31.62ph + Super
- Location: Sunshine North

**What will you do?**
- Adhere to, and suggest improvements to, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing consistent customer service
- Day to day management of customer queries and request
- Liaise with Manager and fellow team members to ensure a consistent approach across all areas
- Implement initiatives to improve customer service delivery
- Ensure responses to customer requests are supplied in an efficient, effective and timely manner in line with company objectives.
- Seek customer feedback and record within the Customer Feedback Database
- Ensure timely validation and confirmation of delivery trips
- Assist in collections and timely resolution of disputes
- Work effectively in a close team and ensure team goals and deadlines are met daily and throughout the year

**Description**

This is an ongoing role with a potential for a permanent placement after 6 months.

**Profile**
- Proven customer service abilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Understanding of debt collection principles
- Accurate data entry skills
- Personal enthusiasm and drive coupled with a strong sense of teamwork
- Can remain friendly and calm under pressure
- Ability to learn fast and recover quickly from setbacks
- Great with technology and system navigation
- Google Apps Platform experience advantageous - Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides
