**About the Role**
As a Communications Coordinator (APS 6), you will support the DART Program Change
and Communications Managers in driving effective and engaging interactions with
stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment with the DART program's
goals. The role involves developing modern, engaging communications strategies to
experience managing multiple communication channels and creating compelling
content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan to
support the program's objectives
- Managing production and distribution of clear, concise and consistent
communication products for multiple audiences, via various channels to ensure
everyone is informed about the change and its impacts
- Creating engaging and innovative content for various channels, including
awareness
- Supporting the delivery of training and communications, ensuring messaging is
clear, engaging, and aligned with the program's goals
- Collaborating with enterprise communications team and stakeholders to craft
messages that resonate and drive engagement
- Leading initiatives to modernize communication approaches and explore
innovative methods to enhance how messages are delivered and received
- Ensuring consistent communication is maintained to retain stakeholder
engagement
- Assist in planning and delivering communications that support change
management initiatives across the program.

**Desirable Qualifications / Experience**
- Extensive experience working in communications and/or relevant
communications or public affairs qualifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging
content
- Ability to develop and execute modern communications strategies using a
variety of channels
- Ability to think creatively and innovate communications approaches to make
them more engaging and relevant
- Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting
large-scale programs
**Eligibility**
All NDIS Commission personnel are required to meet employment suitability
requirements prior to, and throughout, their employment.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Have a favourable National Police Check
- Have or be willing to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting security clearance.
