**Commercial Property Manager**

Opportunity to take your next step in our Commercial Property Manager role based in Melbourne's Inner South East. With an industry leading agency & salary on offer at 100-110K + Super + Comms.

1-2 days/week Work from Home, 9-5pm with No Weekends

This position is available for someone who is ready to hit the ground running managing 140 retail/commercial properties.

The office itself is an A-grade office building with onsite amenities including a Gym and a car park provided

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage your own portfolio of capped at 140 commercial properties located in and around South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
- Liaise with owners/tenants and handle enquiries, manage compliance, maintenance requests and condition reports
- Portfolio management duties (inspections, routines) with assistance
- Admin/Accounts support provided

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Solid understanding of commercial property management with commercial portfolio management experience
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Excellent communication skills and admin skills with further skill-building in property management software
- Hold a valid driver's license
