**About the Opportunity**:
The Sales Cadet position at Burgess Rawson offers a comprehensive training program in commercial property sales. As a cadet, you'll be involved in various aspects of the sales process and will have the opportunity to develop your skills for a long-term career in the field.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assistance in Property Listing:
- Prepare submissions and information memorandums for the Sales Executive. This will include researching the location, tenant, and key aspects of the property, identifying trends, and verbalising the positives and negatives for the property.
- Prepare key data and information on opportunities including analysing historical data to provide guidance to the agent in the listing.
Assistance in Property Sales:
- Become proficient in database management including logging all enquiries.
- Draft Information Memorandums including key lease details, location and tenant details.
- Research unique selling points and coordinate marketing activities such as signboards, advertisement copy and marketing schedules.
- Field all enquiries on the property, referring key enquiries to the Sales Executive.
- Understand major factors influencing the sale.
- Complete title & environmental searches as required.
Maintain Company Knowledge Base and Contacts:
- Analyse data from the database to identify trends.
- Assist in the preparation of articles and thought leadership reports.
- Maintain the CRM for the Sales Executive.
**About You**:
You’ve recently completed your property degree or currently studying and eager to kick start your career with Australia’s leader in the commercial property sector. You’re ready to get your hands dirty and learn
In addition, you have:
- Completed your Agents Representative Certificate.
- Completed or currently studying a Bachelor of Property or similar degree.
- High skill level in Microsoft Suite specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Take pride in having expectational organisational skills.
- People person with strong and confident communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ambitious go-getter, that is goal focused and team minded.
- Doesn’t overlook the detail.
- Passionate about property and real estate
