**Vero Marketing Specialist**
- **Fixed Term Contract to January 2025**:

- **Location Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane**

**About the role**:
The objective of the Marketing Specialist is to support the execution of strategic and tactical marketing activities and BAU brand operation for Vero. The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to deliver integrated marketing activities across a range of paid and owned channels which consider insights as well as customer journeys and experience.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the Vero brand and its products/services.
- Work with internal stakeholders including members of the Commercial Insurance Team, legal & compliance to update and maintain marketing communications material.
- Work with agency and media partners to achieve campaign objectives - including supporting the management and outputs WIP/Status meetings & campaign reporting.
- Embrace test & learn methodologies with a commitment to effective measurement and program optimisation.
- Source & utilise internal and external research, competitive and industry intelligence.
- Maintain a strong commercial understanding of the business and operating environment to focus on the right priorities.

**About You**:

- Degree in Business or Marketing
- 4+ years marketing experience in a similar environment with a focus on delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- B2B or Financial services experience advantageous
