**The Company**:
This organisation is one of Victoria's largest and oldest charities. They have a wonderful internal team as well as a huge network of volunteers. They are seeking an individual who can assist the Marketing & Communications Team with admin support.

**Position Terms**:

- Part Time Freelance Role, 2nd April through to the 24th April
- $40 - $50 an hour plus GST
- Must have an ABN
- Working all hours (3 days a week) from the office in Collins Street

**The Role**:
Key Responsibilities include;
- Sending out eDM's and chasing up information
- Media pass mailouts in the lead up to a Major Event
- Collating sub0branch activity info and adding it to the website
- Raising purchase orders, sending approved POs to suppliers, and updating the budget schedule
- Downloading creative files and organising them into folders in Sharepoint
- Handling requests from the wider organisation and sending assets such as logos and design files
- Scheduling Social Media posts
- Managing the event calendar
- Sourcing images for posts
- Uploading stories to website
- Community management

**Days Required**:

- Tues 2nd April, Wed 3rd April, Thurs 4th April
- Tues 9th April, Wed 10th April, Thurs 11th April
- Tues 16th April, Wed 17th April, Thurs 18th April
- Mon 22nd April, Tues 23rd April, Wed 24th April
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
- Adaptable and flexible
- Excellent administration skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work from the office in Collins Street
- Must have ABN
